Eat an enormous stack of those pancakes in the morning! When making the pancake batter, you'll want to use a ripe banana, the way it will be all to easy to mash.
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
Be sure a grown-up is nearby to assist.
Cut the butter into 3 equal pieces. Put 2 from the butter pieces in a saucepan as well as set the remaining piece aside. Set the pan over medium heat and stir that has a wooden spoon until melted, 1 or 2 minutes. Using a pot holder, take off the pan from your heat and hang it aside to cool down.
In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix that has a fork until well blended.
Put the banana in a bowl. Mash which has a fork until almost smooth. Add the milk, eggs and vanilla and stir using the fork until well blended. Pour the banana mixture as well as the melted butter into your flour mixture. Mix gently which has a rubber spatula prior to the batter is simply blended. The batter should nevertheless be a little bit lumpy.
Put a griddle over medium heat until hot. To test when the griddle is hot enough, flick a drop of water in it. It is ready in the event the drop dances quickly and evaporates. Put half from the remaining butter into the griddle and spread it which has a metal spatula. Drop the batter by 1/4 cupfuls to the griddle, spacing them about 3 inches apart.
Cook until a couple of holes form in addition to each pancake as well as the underside is golden brown, about 2 minutes. Carefully slide the metal spatula under each pancake and switch it over. Cook before the bottom is golden brown along with the top is puffed, one or two minutes more. Using the spatula, transfer the pancakes into a serving plate.
Repeat with the remainder batter. Serve the pancakes while still hot with maple syrup and sliced bananas. Makes twelve 4-inch pancakes.

Rated 5 from 5 by Smiles7 from Definitely perfect for kids! This is a great recipe, quite simple and delicious. Reheat an excellent option for next day. Directions might be simplified for the children, FYI, however, if you've made pancakes before you narrow that down more. Very nice and certainly do over and over with leftover bananas!

Rated 5 beyond 5 by Kragus from Outstanding This is undoubtedly the best pancake recipe I have tried. The pancakes come out which has a crunchy exterior and creamy interior, not the typical caky or bready consistency of other recipes. I appeared doubling the milk to have them in order to smoke less thick. A real crowd pleaser!

Rated 5 away from 5 by Mxm242 from Great way to use ripe bananas These pancakes were the best way to use the bananas which are going bad and taste great. They do try taking a little while longer to prepare on the pan than regular pancakes but you are worth it.

Rated 5 beyond 5 by AmandaMc from Great for using ripe bananas I am a huge fan in this recipe! I was uncertain to start with, since I did not have any vanilla flavor on hand, however it still been found super moist and delicious. One thing to await, these pancakes brown pretty quick, so ensure that the skillet will not be too warm from melting the butter :) Great with maple syrup or perhaps plain. I think adding some pecan or walnut pieces or possibly a dash of cinnamon would produce these more versatile and also tastier
