Stirfrys is one of my favourite meals to create because they are so simple and fast to put together! They are the ultimate I've just received home from your gym, can barely move my arms not to mention cook dinner” meal, since throw it all together with minimal effort and cleanup. This recipe uses prawns plus a delicious lemon sauce, you can contribute any veggies within you like but I chosen to keep it simple to permit the flavours speak in their own business.
Serves 4
500g raw prawns, peeled, deveined
Half a head of broccoli, chopped into pieces or else use a couple of broccolini
200g snow peas, chopped in half
3 tbs coconut oil
1 beans, minced
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tbs honey
1 tsp lemon zest
Directions
To increase the risk for sauce, whisk together chicken stock, honey, soy sauce, fresh lemon juice and lemon zest. Set aside.
In a wok or frying pan heat 1 plus a half tbs coconut oil and add the prawns. Season with a bit of salt and pepper and cook until just turned pink, but slightly undercooked. It is important to never cook them much yet since you will be adding rid of it to the vegetables later. Pull prawns out and hang aside on the plate.
Heat all of those other oil within the same frying pan and add broccoli and snow peas, cooking until tender-crisp and bright green. About 2-3 minutes. Add the ginger and garlic, cooking with an extra a short period.
Pour from the sauce mixture towards the same pan. Add the prawns in. Simmer for approximately a minute, before sauce has thickened.
Serve with quinoa, brown rice or noodles.
