First things first. Make certain you thoroughly wash each of the fruit, veggies, and herbs previous to anything else. Then set aside.
Preheat the oven on 350 F.
Clean the turkey. Make certain the cavity is emptied, and each of the excess skin if trimmed.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, include the softened butter.
Sprinkle inside the onion powder, garlic powder, sage, salt, and pepper.
Mix everything until it can be nice and cream.
Loosing the turkey skin simply by using a spatula.
Make sure the skin is loose enough to put your hands underneath.
Divid the butter mixture by 50 percent.
Rub 1 / 2 of the butter mixture in the turkey skin, and inside the cavity.
Stuff because the mixed veggies, herbs, and fruit into your turkey cavity.
Toss the residual apples, celery, and etc from the bottom within your roaster pan.
Once the turkey is stuffed, tie the legs with butcher string.
Paint the turkey while using remain butter.

Next position the turkey over a rack, and set it in to the roaster. If you don't have a rack it is possible to put the turkey inside the center of the fruits, veggies, and herbs.
Put turkey inside the oven, within the lower rack, uncovered for sixty minutes.
Remove the turkey from your oven and baste.
Cover the turkey with foil, and cook for another couple of hours and quarter-hour. Remove and baste every hour.
Once the turkey is completed, remove it from your oven, baste, cover, and let rest for half an hour to one hour before serving.
Enjoy!
