Soy Sauce Mixture


1 tsp Sesame Oil

2 tbsp Soy Sauce


Method

Heat the frying pan and add a few tablespoons of olive oil.


Fry the garlic and chicken together. Toss well and cook for just two minutes.

Push the chicken on the other hand and include the egg. Scramble the egg and mix with chicken.


Add in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and mix well.

Transfer the chicken and egg to a bowl.


Heat within the frying pan again with 2-3 tablespoons of oil. Add the noodles and toss gently every minute and cook for 3 minutes.

Add inside soy sauce mixture. Toss well. Do it gently so that you can won't break inside the noodles.

Add by 50 % of the mixed vegetables.


Toss gently and cook for 1 minute only in order for the vegetables still maintain your crunchy texture.

Add within the chicken and egg.


Mix altogether and it's wanting to serve.
