This recipe's great, enabled my housemate who is allergic to everything under the sun to have pancakes for the first time without dying! I too was out of eggs with hungry kids to feed! Great emergency pancake recipe! I made these pancakes this morning! They were so good! I had them with chicken. For now on this will be my basic recipe for pancakes.
My family and I wanted to make some pancakes this morrning and to our surprise there were no eggs, thankfully I found this recipe and had a wonderful breakfast with everyone! My son is allergic to eggs so we had these pancakes! We are excited to finally have a good recipe for his favorite breakfast food. I would suggest to use less cinnamon. I used 1/2 tsp and they still had a strong cinnamon taste.
