Needless to say it's going to be different for everyone and studies are done all the time that price and disprove the same thing. I have read before the oversleeping (greater than 10 hours according to some of the articles) and under sleeping can shorten your lifespan. You can probably tell if you are overdoing or undoing it based on how you feel. Thanks so much for stopping by and making a thoughtful comment.
Interesting to stumble across this Hub. I read a study recently which said that oversleeping (sleeping CONTINUOUSLY for 10-12 hours) wasn't a bad thing. What's bad is exactly what you mentioned in your first paragraph - when you wake up naturally after a long sleep, and then decide to stay in bed and go back to sleep. It's that second, unnecessary sleep (after you've woken up at your natural time) that causes a feeling of tiredness for the rest of the day. Not true for me, I feel a lot better when oversleeping. Oversleeping always seems to make the day more sluggish.
What am I doing wrong, Can I bake this instead of frying the pancake, If yes, a what temperature and for how long, Thank you so much! I can’t say for definite that it would work as I haven’t tried it myself. But definitely worth a try. Probably 180c / 370f for 5-10 mins max.
I really wanted this to work, but I think this recipe needs a very small banana or even two eggs. I followed the recipe as written and they tasted good but were so mushy they were inedible. My daughter, who eats everything, just mashed them into the tray and I threw the rest out.

Heat a small amount of oil or cooking spray in a small cast iron skillet or crepe pan. With a ladle measuring cup, pour a thin layer of batter in pan to make a 6-inch tortilla. When tortilla forms bubbles, flip and cook for about 30 seconds. Put on place and cover with towel to keep warm. Repeat until batter is used up.
