Kourtney Kardashian's Armenian Food Recipe: Beeshee Or Bishi

pancake recipe for kids
Daughter Kourtney Kardashian gathered her extended family for Mother's Day, which began with her kids serving her breakfast somewhere even better than bed, and Kris couldn't wait to share on Instagram what Kourtney made for everyone to eat. Kourtney crafted perfect beeshee (or bishi), a pancake-like treat served with sugar or syrup that her grandmother Helen Kardashian (also known as Nana) taught everyone how to make.

This is Beeshee guys! It’s an Armenian breakfast treat like french toast that my mother-in-law used to make and now @kourtneykardash makes for every holiday brunch! Very special and yummy. Thank you @kimkardashian for helping in the kitchen this year! The Armenian Kitchen blog shared an easy recipe after fans wrote in asking how to make it after hearing the Kardashian family talk about it over the years. So now you can keep up with the Kardashians in the kitchen, too. The Feast is Bravo's home for the biggest, boldest, most crave-worthy eating experiences. My daughter is allergic to eggs do you know of a replacement that would work just as well, I haven’t tried to make these with egg replacements sorry! Hello, is it ok to introduce 8 month old baby to egg, And is egg easily digestible, The advice depends on which country you live in but here in the UK egg is fine for an 8 month old. Make sure you use British lion marked eggs. They are recommended introducing high allergen foods early now to combat allergic reactions. My 6 month old has eggs everyday!

These are amazing so simple my 8 month old little boy loves them. I’m so glad I found your page. My little boy hates lumps and your food has Help to get him to eat them. My 8 month old loooooooves these! Can I freeze them and defrost/reheat in the nicrowave,

We’ve just started introducing foods to my son and he yummed these up. They were so easy to make too. She added 2 eggs and recipe says 1 egg. In the video the banana I used was very large so I used 2 eggs. My baby loved these! So glad your little one enjoyed them!

I love this recipe thank you so much for sharing. It’s actually nice to make some for myself and that makes it easier for my son to eat seeing me eating the same. Just one question. Could I try this with any other fruit like raspberries or mango, The banana helps to bind the pancakes so I wouldn’t leave it out. You could add extra fruit to it for flavour though. I made these for my 10 month olds first finger food. She absolutely loved it! I couldn’t believe it.

Thank you for the recipe! Did you give your ten month old the whole pancake to munch on , Or broke into little pieces , Its up to you, depending how confident you think they are with holding food and self-feeding. Can these be frozen, I just made them and loved how quick and easy it was but there’s a lot left over so was hoping to freeze. Yes they can be frozen! Thank you for this!

Awful. Stuck to the pan. Needs another ingredient to bind it. Use a non-stick pan! What did I do wrong, Mine turned mushy, wouldn’t flip, and were not good at all :/ I blended the ingredients in a baby bullet, used coconut oil in the frying pan…I just don’t get it. You have to make sure that they cook completely on one side before you try to flip them, otherwise they will fall apart.

My 10 month old gobbled these right up! She’s normally a slow eater but she just kept going and going in on these pancakes! I tried them myself and it was delicious! I added about 1tbs of her “lil bits strawberry oatmeal” which added tiny bits of strawberry in them. Awww, sounds like she really enjoyed them! I am a BLW new follwer for my 8months old baby.

I love your recipes. Thank you so much! I added some cinnamon, blended the batter in my baby bullet, and cooked these on my electric skillet. They turned out perfect- but you are right they really need to cook all the way through before attempting to flip. I would test each one with my spatula a little before flipping to see if they would easily come off the skillet.
