Protein Pancake Recipe For A Delicious Breakfast
A protein pancake fix will sort you right out if you’re craving something filling and sweet for breakfast. Follow this recipe for a delicious hit of blueberries, maple syrup and everything that makes the perfect pancake stack to fill you up for the day. Tip the flour, protein powder, baking powder, and sugar all into a bowl.
Mix the milk and the eggs together, and then pour the milk mixture into the flour mix. Keep stirring until there are no lumps and the mixture is all nicely combined. Melt some of the coconut oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium to high heat. When the oil is hot, add a ladleful of batter to the pan. If the pancake starts to scorch, turn the heat down a little. Flip the pancake and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Repeat the process until you have cooked all the batter, and serve up a stack of your pancakes with extra blueberries, Greek yoghurt and drizzle with the maple syrup.

I don't knon what went wrong.. I'm sorry that they did not work out for you. I made these exactly according to the recipe and they were flat as a pancake and crispy. I need to try this! I'm an M&M collector.
