Strawberry Pancake Recipe With Strawberry Pancake Syrup
Want an easy twist on basic pancakes for your family, Make this basic strawberry pancake recipe! During the week I depend on easy breakfast ideas, but on the weekends, we usually have more time which means we can get in the kitchen a bit more! My kids love pancakes which means that I make my fair share of them!
For this strawberry pancake recipe, I’ve included two ways to whip them up. You can use flour, baking powder, and other ingredients or you can work with a pancake mix. Either way works and gives you tasty and easy to make pancakes! Breakfast foods are popular in our house, even with our super picky eater.

Mix the wet ingredients (milk, egg, strawberry extract, and melted butter) together in a large bowl and set aside. Step 2. In another bowl mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt) together. Step 3. Add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients bowl a bit at a time, whisking them together as you go.
Whisk until you have a smooth batter. Step 4. Melt a 1/2 teaspoon of butter in a large frying pan or skillet over medium heat. Step 5. Turn heat down to medium-low and pour 1/4 cup of pancake batter into the pan. Allow the batter to spread out a bit.
Step 6. Once the bottom of the pancake is cooked (you’ll see tons of little bubbles on the pancake), lay 3-4 strawberry slices on top of the batter. Then add sprinkles to the batter around the strawberries. Step 7. Flip the pancake and allow to cook for just a short time.
