I really like an all in one breakfast. No standing over the stove flipping pancakes. The batter is perfect, the topping is delicious with cinnamon, apples and blueberries and then sausages to top it all off. I love the ease of this recipe. My kids loved this easy baked pancake when they were little and they still do but now they make this themselves.

If you want bacon fry some up and add that to the top instead. That doesn't cook as fast as sausage does. When I am in a hurry I bake the bacon first on parchment paper till crispy.
