I did weight watchers in Oakland maybe 9 years ago and misplaced 20 pounds. Either I forgoe them all and then have a fall and a binge or I attempt a few of your recipes. We'll see. I have lost weight here in France simply because there is not the culture of getting one thing to eat on a regular basis wherever you are. I want to lose one other 10 pounds, maybe I should attempt some of these sweets because in France there is a bakery on each corner and the sweets are not expensive.
