Chewy Granola Bars
- 2 1/four cups certified gluten-free rolled oats
- 3/4 cup floor flax seed or puffed rice

- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 medium eggs
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips or dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, apricots, cherries, pineapple)
1. Preheat your oven to 350F.
2. In a big bowl combine the oats, nuts, brown sugar and cinnamon.
3. In a small bowl mix the butter, milk, vanilla and eggs.
4. Pour your wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir till all of the oats are moistened.
5. Fold within the chocolate chips or dried fruit.
6. Spread evenly right into a greased 9×13-inch pan lined with foil.
7. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes until gentle, golden brown.
8. Allow to cool and reduce into bars.
