Ten Ways To enhance Beef Recipes
Along with Christmas and Thanksgiving, Easter is a holiday that is all the time accompanied by a serious meal. To me, probably the most pleasant part of a vacation feast are the facet dishes. There are countless numbers of aspect dishes that can be utilized in your Easter brunch, lunch or dinner. Here a a number of simple recipes that I hope you'll do that Easter, or anytime for that matter. My family normally has ham as the centerpiece, but have also loved roast beef, turkey and duck.
5 - 7 lb smoked ham
11/4 t dry mustard

Remove skin and fat from exterior of ham. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven quarter-hour per lb. Cover exterior of ham with mixture. Place ham fats side up in shallow baking pan. In a small bowl, combine syrup, pepper, mustard and vinegar. Insert cloves where scoring lines intersect on ham. Score outdoors of ham in a crisscross trend.
5-8 lb precooked ham
2 T spicy brown mustard
whole cloves
Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil. Score the top of the ham diagonally ½ inch deep in a crisscross model to create diamond patterns. Bake in a preheated 325 diploma oven 18 minutes for every pound. In the last half-hour of cooking time, pour pineapple with juice on the highest of ham. Place cloves where the scores intersect. Pour or rub mixture onto the ham. Place ham in pan fat facet up. In a small bowl, mix mustard and brown sugar and combine.
6 hard boiled eggs peeled
3 T bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1/eight t pepper
Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop out egg yolks and mash in a small bowl. Lightly sprinkle with paprika. Using a small spoon, evenly distribute egg mixture to the 12 egg white halves. Add bacon, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper to egg yolk in bowl and mix with fork until clean. Serve immediately or chill and serve.
3 lbs (9 -10 medium) gold, yellow or russet potatoes, peeled
8 oz bundle cream cheese, softened
Preheat oven to 350 levels. Bake for 30 minutes uncovered; serve. Place potatoes in a big bowl with 2 T of butter and combine with hand mixer till fairly smooth. Spray a large casserole dish with nonstick spray. Add sour cream, cream cheese, salt and pepper and combine until well blended. Quarter potatoes and boil in salted water till fork tender but not mushy; drain. Add potatoes and dot with remaining 2 T of butter.

Baked Ham

Green Beans and Bacon
5 slices of bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled and put aside
2 (14.5 oz) cans minimize green beans, drained
2 T white vinegar
1 t brown sugar
1 T onion, finely diced
1/eight t salt
2 T butter
Heat butter in a skillet. Cook on medium-low, stirring sometimes, until heated via. Add vinegar, sugar, onion and salt and saute for 1 minute. Add green beans and stir.
