Not just Pumpkin Spiced Lattes... I really like the season Fall. The crisp air, the leaves changing, leggings, warm boots, sizzling cups of coffees and sizzling delicious consolation foods in the evening.

This recipe is making me actually excited in regards to the season altering. Then when it was time to eat, they have been pleasantly surprised! After i first informed them I was making candy potato chili they turned their nose up at it. I made this recipe this week and my family beloved it.

(This recipe is Dairy and Grain Free)


Ingredients:
2 lb natural ground beef
1 tsp additional virgin olive oil
2 garlic gloves, pressed
1 small pink onion, chopped
30 oz natural tomato sauce
2 cups natural beef stock
2 carrots, chopped
three medium candy potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 tbsp cup chili powder (or much less in the event you want *wink*)
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp thyme
2 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Set on the spot pot to saute and wait inform it says "hot". Once completed let it "natural release" in heat mode for 10 minutes. Make sure the valve is set to sealed. Add 1 tsp of evoo then ground beef and brown. Stir properly. Seal the lid and set the mode to "meat/stew" and it will mechanically set for 35 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients in. Stir nicely and serve. Once beef has browned add onion, garlic and let simmer for a few minutes.

Makes 8-9 servings


*Note if you aren't eating this "dairy free" you'll be able to add some shredded cheddar to the highest. My youngsters love this!

*Note once more: In order for you extra of a "kick" to your chili, you can add purple pepper flakes to style.
