Ground Beef Casserole
- 2 lbs lean floor beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 8 oz macaroni noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 (eight oz) cans tomato sauce
- 8 oz sour cream
- eight oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t black pepper
- In a big skillet, add floor beef, garlic, salt and pepper and cook till meat is browned. Pour meat mixture on high of cheese and noodles. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring often. Drain grease from pan, add tomato sauce and onion and mix properly. Bake, uncovered, for 40-forty five minutes. Remove from heat.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream. Layer noodles on the underside of a big baking pan or casserole dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Cover noodles with cheese mixture.
Southwest Pasta Bake
- 8 oz corkscrew pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 lb lean floor beef, browned and drained
- 3/4 c prepared medium picante sauce or salsa
- 1 egg
- 1/4 t floor cumin
- 1/four t black pepper
- 16 oz cottage cheese
- 10 oz package frozen corn, thawed and drained
