Things You Must Find Out About Beef Recipes

There’s nothing like a pleasant homemade stew on a chilly fall or winters day, served piping scorching with either contemporary homemade bread or rolls. The factor I like most about making a stew is that it can be made early in the day, or you may make the stew up on a weekend, refrigerate, and serve through the week.

For the next recipe I used 2 pork tenderloins, sliced in half, and reduce into chunk sized items earlier than cooking. This recipe served 4 folks.

What I prefer to do before making any dish

Be sure that you have the entire substances that you just need in order that you're not operating to the shop on the last minute. Set all the things out on the counter and put together and reduce vegetables so that they are prepared when wanted.

Yields: Will serve 4-5 folks

Cuisinart 744-24 Chef's Classic Stainless Stockpot with Cover, 6-Quart

Ingredients Needed

2 Pork tenderloins (I used slightly over 2 pounds in whole)

1 large cooking onion chopped

2 giant carrots sliced

6 medium potatoes minimize into chunk sized items

4 cloves of garlic sliced

1 field of Campbell’s sodium decreased Chicken Broth

four TBS flour

½ TBS dried thyme

¼ Tsp dried rosemary

1 pinch of garlic sea salt

Fresh ground pepper

Let's Start Cooking

Cut the pork tenderloin into bite sized items.

In a bowl combine flour, thyme, rosemary and recent floor pepper and combine.

Dredge the pork pieces in the flour mixture.

Heat 2 tablespoons of both vegetable or canola oil in a Dutch oven or giant pot.

Add the pork and cook for about five minutes stirring.

If you find that the pork is sticking add a bit of the chicken broth.

Add one cup of hen broth, chopped onion, sliced garlic, and continue cooking for 5 minutes.

Add the rest of the hen broth, carrots, and potatoes.

Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for twenty five minutes or until vegetables are cooked.

Once the stew is cooked you might want to add some frozen or canned vegetables reminiscent of peas or inexperienced beans, before serving.

To thicken the stew I mix in a cup 2 Tbs. of cornstarch with cold water, carry the stew to a boil and add mixture, stirring till thickened.

Serve with salt and pepper to style, bread of choice and a salad.

If this recipe sounds good please price it.
