juice from 1 lemon

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Preheat oven to 425 F and hang up tiliapia fillets within a glass baking dish.

In a compact bowl, mix together butter, freshly squeezed lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika. Pour mixture over tilapia fillets.

Bake approximately 10-15 minutes, or until fish is white and flaky. Serve using a side of roasted veggies (I did roasted fingerling potatoes) and luxuriate in!

This recipe is very good, but in addition, it is super fast and simple. I like a much more substantial sauce so the mixture stays in addition to the fish better, so I just added a tad bit more of each spice ingredient making it a little thicker. The flavor is fantastic.

thanks a great deal! Definitely keen on thicker sauces, too =)

This recipe is excellent. I managed to make it at a friend's house who not cook. Alas a restricted pantry, so I substituted onionowder for your garlic and basil with the oregano also it was good.

I tried the recipe also it is awesome. I had to vary some of the components, since I am cooking at the friends house, I substituted onion powder for that garlic powder & considering that the oregano available was bad, I,used basil, used paprika. Great

I developed a version in this the other night. I didn't quite supply the ingredients needed so I can't discuss the particular flavor combination found in the recipe even so the method worked AWESOME. I placed my fish fillets inside a pie plate which has been just-big-enough then smeared all of them with some butter the microwave is broke so I slightly changed the directions here and sprinkled some spices including a citrus-basil mix too much. I poured a certain amount of orange juice throughout the fish then baked it as being directed. The fillets arrived on the scene very moist and that has a slight crispyness to the top level. This is definitely inside the make-again category!

Made this tonight. Quick, basic and really good. Served it with roasted carrots and brown rice. Thanks, I know I will ensure it is again.
