Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a baking dish with coconut oil.

Rinse the tilapia under cool water and set in the prepared baking dish.

Whisk together the freshly squeezed lemon juice, coconut oil, garlic and capers. Pour on the tilapia. Season with salt and pepper.

Slide the baking dish in to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, till the fish flakes easily which has a fork.
