I'm a whole new mom, and my schedule is extremely dependent upon our young son, so I like meals that could be ready in very little time as you can. This all-in-one chicken stir fry recipe that has a hint of sweetness from honey is a huge time-saver. —Caroline Sperry, Allentown, Michigan

"Very good! I doubled the sauce like reviewers recommend. I also added 2 tsp minced fresh ginger with all the garlic for stir frying the chicken"

"I liked the honey from the sauce, but like others have said, I doubled or maybe tripled the sauce because it needed it. I added some ginger for a lot of additional seasoning. Instead of using frozen vegie blend, I opted to make use of fresh broccoli, mushrooms and spring peas. I also set up some Oriental sesame seed dressing while cooking the chicken to flavor it. YUM!"

"This dish was feasible for weeknight prep but I thought it was rather bland. Next time I would use fresh veggies rather than frozen and certainly double the sauce. I would probably convey a dash of sriracha to enjoy the flavor."

"This was absolutely the top Stir Fry Recipe I've made so far!!! I doubled the sauce and used 2-10.5oz bags of broccoli, cauliflower, snap peas, carrots, I made rice but it really was better without them. My pickiest child even loved it. I will definitely bare this recipe for future."

"Yes, definitely two or three times the sauce. Tastes good with 1.5 teaspoons ground ginger, and you also don't need the

cornstarch as being the honey is thick enough. I used fresh thin baby carrots, home purple and green beans and small broccoli florets. Sprinkled with garlic powder. Served over jasmine rice. Hubby didn't complain - Win, Win!"
