Pizza Stir Fry Recipe
Pizza is really a kid favorite, however, not so much a health promoting one. My kids love our alternative, Meatza , yet it's messy to generate and takes multiple pans. I'm a huge fan of stir-frys and decided which the ingredients of Pizza, without the presence of processed junk crust will make a great stir fry.
After a couple of tries, I finally use a recipe that I enjoy and that this kids often love. In fact, I had to produce it twice to obtain a picture simply because ate the 1st batch before I could photograph it. This also is really a surprisingly good breakfast, or leftovers can be utilized in making a pizza omelet, another kid favorite!

An easy stir fry that youngsters love! Instead of a refined flour crust, this straightforward stir-fry has all of the flavors of pizza that has a bunch of healthy veggies for the delicious, but guilt-free meal!
Ingredients
1-2 cups mushrooms
1 large onion
canned black olives, banana peppers, or bell pepper slices (optional)
1 cup cooked pasta or pizza sauce to top (optional)
mozzarella or Parmesan cheese to top (optional)
Instructions
Brown the sausage inside a skillet over medium heat until cooked.
While cooking, peel and dice the zucchini and onion and slice the mushrooms.
Remove sausage from pan and add vegetables.
Saute until commencing to get tender.
Add the sausage last.
Separate pepperoni slices and add.
Add spinach and black olives, banana peppers, or very thinly sliced fresh peppers if using.
Cook until each is heated and spinach is wilted.
Spice to taste
When cooked, top with pasta or pizza sauce and cheese if using.
