The pancakes rise and are light and fluffy. Add all the dry ingredients to your bowl and stir. Add the milk and egg. Heat your frying pan or griddle. Pour 1/4 cup pancake mix for each pancake. Brown on both sides. Makes around 8 pancakes, depending on how big you make them.
He made them a few times for me. Crepes are my favorite for breakfast and dinner! Great recipe, I have to try this at home. I'm an apple crepe lover too! They all look mouth-wateringly good! I think I like the look of the apple/cinammon ones best (but it's close, damn close). Crepes are my favourite food.

Yummy - the apple cinnamon crepes sound delicious! I sometimes add a little cream cheese mixed with sugar to my fruit-filled crepes. I had a wonderful lemon and powder sugar crepe at an antique fair in Southern France and it was made like the video showing how they make them in Paris.
Just had to have a crepe while in France. I've had a crepe before and it was really sweet and delicious. There are so many different recipes that it's difficult to choose one! I have never made crepes - that's my father-in-law's speciatly, and we are always grateful when he makes them for us! Beautiful and artistic lens, as well as appetizing! Yum, I so want a chocolate crepe now!

My favorite is just ham and cheese, followed by lemon and sugar or dark chocolate with whipped cream. This lens is making me hungry!

These recipes look absolutely delicious! I love crepes and start everyday with one or two. As you can imagine then I have tried most of the recipes listed here but there are still a couple that have eluded me. I will be trying them very soon! Yummy ideas. This morning my husband made crepes filled with sour cream and his homemade citrus marmalade. They were so delicious!
