I Think So. Satisfying And Good,

pancake recipe without milk
Updated on February 19, 2018 Scribenet moreContact Author My Most, Satisfying Breakfast of All Time! I have been making this best oatmeal breakfast for decades. It takes 5 minutes or less to make and it never loses it's appeal, because it is never boring! I will opt for what is simple, healthy, satisfying and importantly fast!

I just set aside to enjoy the cooking process. I won't repeat it! I often wonder, why would anyone buy the instant package when the real thing is sooo much better and really worth the small insignificant effort this takes. 5 minutes is "cook time"! You can be dressing in the meantime! I think so. Satisfying and good, My defense for this delicious breakfast is: Why would Tim Hortons make this an item if it wasn't simply a good breakfast,

I will give you step-by-step instructions in the next capsule on how to make your own, just in case you can't make it to Timmies 'cause you are in your jammies! Oatmeal can be dressed up to suit your preference! Now just think creatively and you will always love oatmeal! I buy it in the 1kg package.

I ate my oatmeal before I could take a picture! Now for the details! One serving is 130 calories (without the trimmings) the fruit and nuts add extra calories, but they are worth it. One morning, I didn't have yogurt and looked around for something "good" to add to the oatmeal I had prepared. I had low fat, cottage cheese which I added it to my usual portion instead of yogurt and it was still good.

Ricotta and all similar cheeses would be equally good and filling as well. Dried Mangos and Feta, Another morning I didn't feel like fussing so I just added dried cranberries and small chunks of dried mango and dry feta cheese to the mix topped with brown sugar. Then again, I will eat left over pizza for breakfast! Lately I have been enjoying this unlikely combination of flavors on my microwave oatmeal: tumeric (sweet smoky flavor), sprinkled lightly with ground ginger (tangy spice) on my porridge.

I add a tablespoon of pancake syrup for a touch of sweet and top with milk. I have always loved oatmeal, but I like dressing it up! What a great idea. My hubby loves blueberries, so maybe your recipe will encourage him to eat his oatmeal. Thank you for sharing!

Thanks for your comments. I assume you want a porridge with only blueberries and milk, The above is for one or two persons. For one person serving with just blueberries, leave out cranberries and double up on the blueberries :1/2 cup, omit the yogurt if you don't like it (add more milk OR substitute cream for the yogurt portion).

I will add it to the Hub later! Tim Horton is certainly a fixture in Canada and everyone stops at Tim Horton's when on a trip! I will also check out your recipes since I love blueberries! Thanks for stopping by! We have such happy memories of visiting Quebec with our children and Tim Horton's was a highlight.

Thanks for sharing this recipe. I would like to link it to my blueberry recipes hub, if you have no objection. Blueberries are great with oatmeal, that is certain. I added the nuts, yogurt and dried cranberries because I enjoy them as well and in a breakfast it keeps my hunger at bay longer.

Hope you enjoy them as well! Thanks for stopping by! I eat instant oatmeal with blue berries so i'm interested in trying this recipe, thanks! I enjoy this recipe regularly in winter and it is so easy to make! The frozen blueberries with cinnamon really works for me! Thanks for stopping By! Scribenet, this sounds like a wonderful oatmeal.
