The very best explanation of Baking Recipes I have ever heard

baking recipes
I haven't been trying a lot new bakes just lately, selecting to persist with the usual trusted recipes again and again. I blame it on the weather which is crazily hot and most days I'm simply brain useless from the heat! Also haven't got the temper to do any food styling or photography :(

I digress.

But once i saw an IG put up by HoneyBeeSweets.sg on a Greek Yogurt Bundt Cake that she baked few days ago, I merely could not resist making an attempt it out. Actually it was as a result of I have a tub of Greek Yogurt that's close to expiry :p

I have mentioned before that I'm not a fan of butter cakes nor pound cakes as they're more dense and dry in texture. The chocolate paste added a contrasting taste to the butter cake which I like. Surprisingly this cake was not as dense or heavy as the standard butter cake and it was quite moist, most likely as a result of addition of greek yogurt in the batter.

Was supposed to attend until the next day for the buttery flavour to develop however I couldn't resist taking slice after slice when the cake barely cooled down. Enjoyed more slices with a sizzling cup of tea for breakfast again. #fatdieme. Baked two loaves and gifted the remaining, as I've already happy by my cravings :)

This recipe is definitely a keeper!
