Patrick’s Day is rapidly becoming one of my favorite vacation's. Happy St. Patrick's Day! It is candy and tangy and oh so good. Finding new recipes for this vacation is a challenge and that i love it. I figured everybody probably already has their own tradition for dinner, so I wished to give you conventional Irish desserts. Enjoy! Green is my favorite shade, I'm a bit of Irish, and Irish food is so good! I baked the scones just because the recipe informed they usually did come out pretty golden, however the centers are perfect, so if you don't want them as golden bake them 5-10 minutes less. Both of these recipes are delicious and pretty simple to make. The pie is the right apple pie, but totally different from the traditional cinnamon apple pie.

Traditional Irish Scones with Clotted Cream


three 1/2 cups flour

5 teaspoons baking soda


1/2 cup salted butter, cold

3/four cup whole milk
