Freezer Meal Instruction: My Freezer Club makes Broiled Parmesan Tilapia often, because it's one in the favorites. We simply make Parm topping and freeze it. When able to cook, defrost the topping and fish (if frozen) inside the fridge overnight or run under hot water in its freezer bag until thawed. Follow baking instructions from that point.

I usually buy tilapia frozen, therefore, the fish stays frozen and I just retrieve 4-6 filets first freezer meal. Then, I mix the topping and set it in a tiny baggie and put it in a large freezer bag using the fish filets. That way to make sure in one place. When willing to cook, defrost all either from the fridge magically or run under warm regular water. Do not use the microwave! Make sure to dry the fish filets, in order that they aren't soggy. Then, cook according towards the directions. I hope that helps!

This is certainly a odd question, but I wondered if you had any ideas for non-dairy replacements with the greek yogurt, My spouse is allergic, but just has been for awhile, so I haven't determined swaps for everything yet!

Have you tried plain soy yogurt or sour cream yet, You still have to evaluate all the ingredients about the package, when I was dairy-free I remember using as a replacement. Thankfully there are plenty of DF products around the market now, especially inside a health food market.
