My husband Anthony & I both love Tilapia and I like cooking it within the parchment paper for any clean and different taste. I love the odor of the coconut oil even though the fish is baking from the oven also it gives a pleasant subtle flavor towards the fish combined with the orange & chili doesn't allow it to become mild in the slightest. This has an excellent spicy kick into it, so please go easy within the ancho chili pepper discover used into it. We love this the spicy citrus fish.

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Rinse of your respective fish with water and put in bowl. Heat up coconut oil then let it cool down a few moments. Take a spoon and drizzle over fish on both sides. Use your spoon to push the oil above the fish or you can brush it on.
My fish am cold still that this coconut oil hardened on the top. LOL
Prepare your spices and orange juice. Get a section of parchment paper you could fit the fish in and fold the side and ends. Pour 50 % of the seasoning over one fillet. Do the same towards the second fillet and after that place your orange slices at the top of the fish and collapse the parchment paper, therefore the juices don't come to an end. Place both fillets on baking sheets.
Cook fish 12-15 minutes and appearance on it to find out if it is cooked thoroughly. (Be careful, when opening parchment paper because steam is extremely hot.)
When fish is finished, you are prepared to plate. I used two spatulas to lift it carefully over parchment paper. I then squeezed slightly more fresh orange number one and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
Here can be a pic in the Coconut Oil and Ancho Chili Pepper
