1⁄4 cup red (I prefer balsamic) or 1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar (I prefer balsamic)
Chop inside the parsley into small pieces.
Place the parsley and garlic in to a jar having a tight fitting lid.
Squeeze the juice to the jar.
Add the essential olive oil, balsamic, oregano, pepper and Tabasco on the jar.
Put the lid around the jar and shake well.
Marinade your tilapia fillets for 20-half-hour.
I grill my tilapia around 5 minutes, them, however, you could bake it for thirty minutes, or cook it inside a frying pan, sprayed with Pam, for around 15 minutes on your own stove top.
