Coconut Flour Pancakes Recipe

This effort was renewed when my daughter ate “regular” pancakes at someone’s house one day and had a tummy ache for the next two days. I tried sweet potato pancakes, almond flour pancakes, and several variations of coconut flour pancakes before realizing that the recipe was right in front of me.
Turns out (as I found out on a busy morning) that the recipe for my Coconut Flour Apple Cinnamon Muffins can actually be made into pancakes as well. If you don’t add the cinnamon, these guys also make pretty good “bread” for a breakfast sandwich with eggs and bacon. Also, try adding bananas, blueberries, etc. for some fun pancake variations!
Grain-free coconut flour pancakes that are packed with protein for a healthy and filling breakfast. 1. Heat a large skillet or pancake griddle. 2. Mix all ingredients except butter or coconut oil with blender, whisk, or immersion blender and let sit 5 minutes to thicken. 3. Grease skillet or griddle with 1 Tablespoon coconut oil or butter. 4. Use a ¼ cup measure to scoop batter onto cooking surface.
5. Cook approximately 2-3 minutes per side until it bubbles and is easy to flip. These do take a little longer than "regular" pancakes, so don't rush them! 6. Grease skillet or griddle with additional butter or coconut oil as needed between batches. 7. Top with butter (it makes everything better!) and enjoy!

Soup is some of the best of all cold-weather foods, and the best way to make homemade soup is to begin with homemade soup stock! A gluten free pancake! You can avoid surgery or other medical procedures, and remove moles and skin tags painlessly at home, using castor oil and baking soda.
What can I say in response to that, Thank you so much for reading this. I always look forward to hearing from you! Terrific Dohn, just terrific. You're a great writer and a great guy! Thanks for that, lancelonie. I appreciate your comment. I hope to hear from you again. I mean rice, not rich.
I should be wearing that t-shirt 'coz I love rich and sticky ride! Thanks, perfumelover. I'm glad that I was able to share this with everyone. You should try the mango and sticky rice recipe from the video as it is very simple to make and all you need is a can of coconut milk, ripe mango, and sticky rice! It's really easy. Thank you for the comment. I've never seen rice cooked in a basket like this! My family just sticks with the modern rice cookers.
