Applebees and Chilis have been my two favorite eating places ever
since I was a child. I can not remember if it was Applebees or
Chili's that had the vanilla ice cream scroop with nuts, fudge
and a cherry on prime sitting in the middle of cinnamon chips in
the form of tortilla wedges. That was considered one of my favourite
desserts. Irrespective of how full I was, I always ordered that dessert.

Occupied with this made me get a bit nostalgic and that i puzzled
if there was a approach I could re-create that recipe. So
here is what I call Dessert Style Chips & Dip. I searched on
the Internet, and certain sufficient I discovered what I used to be searching for. :-)

Cinnamon Chips w/Ice Cream

2 cups sugar/cinnamon combine
butter flavored cooking spray
10 (10 inch) tortillas (flour or corn)

Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit. Coat every facet of each tortilla
with cooking spray. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single
layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with desired
quantity of sugar/cinnamon and spray once more with cooking spray.

Bake in oven for eight to 10 minutes (ovens could range). Repeat with
any remaining tortilla wedges, and permit to cool for
approxiamately quarter-hour. Serve with any flavor ice cream you
want.

Or alternatively, you'll be able to serve it with fruit and spice mixture
referred to as Fruit Salsa/Dip. In a large bowl, combine:

2 kiwis (peeled and dried),
2 apples (peeled, cored, and dried),
1 (eight ounce) bundle of raspberries,
1 pound of strawberries,
2 tablespoons of white sugar,
1 tablespoon of brown sugar,
three tablespoons of fruit preserves (any taste)

and canopy and chill in refrigerator for quarter-hour.

Here's a fantastic tip I got from certainly one of my YJD subscribers: if you happen to
don't want to make use of sugar, or you want to chop down on the
calories, you'll be able to substitute Splenda (or your other favourite
sugar substitute) as a substitute. This could work for can apply to other
dessert recipes containing sugar as well. Article Tags: Dessert Style
