Tips:

Some of such sauces have already got cornstarch added but when they don't, use this to thicken any sauce that you just think is just too big thin. Simply combine 1 Tbsp. cornstarch with 3 Tbsp. water and stir prior to the cornstarch is dissolved. Add a bit, stir and cook until sauce thickens. Add more as necessary.

Consider using low-sodium chicken broth and soy sauce to stop an overly-salty finished dish.

Each these sauces makes 1/2 - 1 cup of stir fry sauce. You may not want to buy all, according to the amount of meat, noodles and/or vegetables you might be stir frying. Add as needed to make it as saucy as you wish and thicken using the thickener above, if desired. Of course, it's also possible to double the sauce in the event you're generating a lot of stir fry.

Some of such sauces already contain stuff like minced garlic, ginger, onion or chilis (or another heat) however, if they don't, you'll want to consider adding some in your stir fry.

Everyone's tastes will vary so you will almost certainly want to tweak the sauces for your tastes. If you listing the list, just make notes as you go to build up your perfect sauce.

Do you might have soy garlic, Thanks.
