Farmed fish is usually good. It depends on in which the fish are farmed plus the practices used. Tilapia isn't all bad either. See this article from Mayo Clinic -living/nutrition-and-healthy-eating/expert-blog/tilapia/bgp-20056256. I think this explains the pros and cons wonderfully. I love the mild taste of tilapia and love the taste the the fresh herbs from garden. A winner

I'm very surprised which the Martha Stewart team would recommend using/eating tilapia it's one of several worst fish you may eat. Never eat farm raised fish, always wild caught. They're pumped filled with antibiotics and possess barely any nourishment. -tilapia-raised-on-feces-hits-us-tables

I wrap the tilapia in tinfoil before I bake it: that is best for a non-oily fish. I wrap an oily fish, for instance salmon, in parchment paper before I bake it.

Wonderful and straightforward. It satisfied my longing for battered fish and tartar sauce within a much healthier way. Fresh herbs through the garden made the flavors really be noticeable. We will definitely have this again soon.

Was absolutely fabulous. Will definitely allow it to be again. Would do it on chicken too.
